What does it do well?

It is the cheapest step up in sharpness in this ranking, sitting about ₱150 above the 1080p Q6 Pro on the same body. It also publishes its rotation figures, 355° of pan and 104° of tilt, which most sellers in this category leave out entirely.

100m connection range, two-way audio, and nearly 1,000 owner ratings at V380’s Shopee Mall store round it out.

Why does it rank last?

Because the listing cannot keep its story straight, and that matters more than any single spec.

It states both 3MP and 1080p HD in different places on the same page. Those are different cameras. We record the 3MP figure with the contradiction noted, but if you are buying on sharpness you should assume the lower number.

It also carries an outdoor waterproof badge with no IP rating, on a ball head sitting in an unsealed plastic base, the same body as the indoor model. A weatherproof claim with no rating behind it is not something to trust a camera to.

Neither of those is fatal on its own. Together they tell you nobody checked the page, which is a fair reason to be cautious about the rest.

What else is missing?

Plain motion detection, so no person or pet filtering, which means the false alerts that get cameras muted. No published night-vision range and no warranty.

For a first camera, or the main one in a room, the EZVIZ and Reolink options at this price are better documented and better filtered.
