How well does it clean?

It’s steam-only, no detergent, which is the point. On tile and grout it does the job a mop can’t: heat gets into the joints and lifts what’s set in there. For homes with babies crawling on the floor or someone with asthma, cleaning with nothing but water is a real benefit, not just marketing.
