How do you check if a Shopee seller is legit?

• Check the badge first. Shopee Mall means a verified brand or official store; Preferred Seller is earned on sales and service records. 45 of the 304 products here are Shopee Mall listings, and every review names the shop.
• Read the shop, not only the item. Shop rating, how many ratings it has, chat response rate, and how long it has been selling.
• Weigh a rating by its count. 4.9 from 3,000 buyers tells you more than a 5.0 from four.
• Pay inside Shopee. The payment is held until the order completes. A seller moving you to a chat app or a bank transfer takes that protection away.

How do you tell if a product on Shopee PH is authentic?

• Start at the brand's own store. A Shopee Mall listing carries a 3x money-back guarantee if the item turns out to be counterfeit.
• Match the model number, not the photo. Sellers reuse official brand images, so the model in the title is what you are actually buying.
• Ask what is in the box before you pay. Warranty card, serial sticker, sealed packaging. If the shop will not say, buy elsewhere.
• Raise a counterfeit item in the app. File the return and refund request within 15 days of receiving it, not a chat message to the seller.
