What can it actually handle?

At 250W, this is a hand-mixer motor mounted on a stand, and it’s fair to judge it that way. Cake batter, cookie dough, whipped cream, meringue, creaming butter and sugar: all comfortably within reach, and the five speeds give you a slow start so flour stays in the bowl.

Stiff dough is where it stops. Chrome dough hooks are in the box, and light dough in a small batch will work, but pushing a 250W motor through a full pandesal batch is how you cook a motor. If bread is your main reason for buying a stand mixer, this isn’t the one.
