The BioloMix 7-in-1 Electric Milk Frother is around ₱2,700 as of August 20, 2026. Before anything else: it does not brew coffee. It is a milk appliance that sits beside a coffee machine, and understanding that is most of deciding whether you want one.

What it actually does

Seven functions covering hot foam, cold foam, warming milk and hot chocolate, with 800mL of heating capacity and 350mL of frothing capacity at 600W.

Those two capacities differ for a reason worth knowing. Frothing needs headroom, because milk roughly doubles in volume as air goes in. So the jug will warm a large amount of milk for several drinks, and froth a smaller amount for one or two. Fill it to the heating line expecting foam and it will overflow.

The body is 304 stainless steel with detachable, dishwasher-safe parts. That second point is the one people underrate. Milk is the most annoying thing to clean in a coffee setup, it burns onto a heated surface if left, and a frother that cannot be taken apart becomes the appliance you stop using.

Cold foam is the underrated function

Hot foam is what most frothers do. Cold foam is what makes iced coffee at home resemble what a shop sells, and in Philippine weather that is arguably the more useful of the two for most of the year.

Where it fits

This is a companion appliance. It makes sense in two situations:

• Your espresso machine has no frother. A machine with documented extraction paired with a dedicated frother will out-perform an all-in-one at a similar total price.
• You have no espresso machine at all. Instant coffee or a moka pot plus properly frothed milk gets closer to a shop latte than most people expect, for a fraction of an espresso setup.

It makes much less sense if your machine already froths. Two frothers is one too many, and counter space is the scarcest thing in a Filipino kitchen.

What to be honest about
