LC-Vit syrup 60ml multivitamins review

At around ₱103 as of August 12, 2026 for 60ml, which works out around ₱1.72 a millilitre. Two comparisons decide this one.

The bigger bottle is cheaper per millilitre

The LC-Vit 120ml syrup is around ₱170 on the same date, which is about ₱1.42 a millilitre.

So double the volume costs about two thirds more, and the price per millilitre falls by roughly a fifth. That is ordinary pack pricing, and it means the small bottle is for trying rather than for feeding.

The one honest reason to buy the small one anyway is expiry. A syrup has a shelf life once opened, and for a single small pet on a low dose, 120ml may not get used in time. Finishing a small bottle beats binning most of a large one.

The rival is cheaper again

The Papi MVP 120ml syrup is around ₱107 on the same date for 120ml, which is roughly ₱0.89 a millilitre.

That is about half what this small bottle costs per millilitre, for twice the volume at roughly the same total price. Neither listing publishes its vitamin amounts, so there is nothing on the pages to justify the gap, and Papi’s listing carries the larger rating count of the two.

If price per millilitre is what you are optimising, that is where to look.

Why a syrup at all

The format has a real advantage over chews and tablets, and it is dosing.

Pet supplements are sold for animals from 2kg to 30kg, and a chew is one fixed amount. A syrup can be measured, which is the only way to give a kitten and a large dog appropriately different doses from the same bottle.

It also mixes into food, which matters for an animal that detects and rejects anything solid you try to hide.

The number that is still missing

No vitamin amounts, no guaranteed analysis and no dosing chart by body weight on the listing. Being able to measure a dose does not help if nobody has told you what the dose is.

Ask the shop for a photograph of the label. On a pharmacy-style product there is usually a proper one, which would make this a genuinely well-specified purchase rather than a guess.

The question to settle first

A dog or cat on a complete and balanced food is already getting every vitamin it needs, because that is what the phrase means. Supplements earn their place when a vet has found a deficiency, when the animal is on a home-cooked diet, or during recovery.

For a healthy pet on good food, the money goes further on the food.

Who the 60ml bottle suits

Buy this if you want to try the product, you have a small pet on a low dose, or you would rather not risk a larger bottle expiring.

Skip it for ongoing use, where the 120ml or the cheaper rival cost less per millilitre.
