FDA registration is a real thing and a limited one

The listing states FDA registration, which means the product is listed with the Philippine FDA for sale as a medical device.

That is meaningful. It means there is a registered importer or distributor with a traceable responsibility, and it is not the case for every device sold on a marketplace.

What it is not is an accuracy claim. Registration is a regulatory process, not a statement that the meter reads within a given tolerance of a laboratory. The standard for that is ISO 15197:2013, requiring 95% of results within ±15% of a reference at 100 mg/dL and above, and none of the glucose listings on this page states whether it meets it.
