Nine ingredients in one capsule

The listed formula is L-glutathione, hydrolyzed bovine collagen, vitamin C as sodium ascorbate, B vitamins, zinc, iron, magnesium, selenium, and biotin. That reaches well past the usual glutathione-plus-collagen pairing and into multivitamin territory, with the minerals and biotin most rivals here leave out.

If you’re currently taking a glutathione capsule and a separate multivitamin, this is pitched at replacing both with one. That’s a reasonable idea, and it’s the clearest argument for the product.

Nine ingredients, no milligrams

Habit doesn’t publish an amount for any of them. That gap grows with the length of the list, and this is the longest list in the category apart from Luxe Skin’s.
