Which one for occasional home use?

Treat it as an indication, not a measurement. KEELAT publishes no test standard, no rpm and no impact rate for this tool, and torque is the most inflated figure in the whole cordless category on Shopee. INGCO's lower 300Nm comes from a published data sheet with speeds and impact rates beside it, which is why our roundup treats the two numbers as not directly comparable.
Which impact wrench is better for car lug nuts?
Either will remove ordinary passenger-car lug nuts, which usually need well under 200Nm. Both have a 1/2 inch square drive and ship impact sockets. If you work on a pickup or an SUV with seized nuts, the INGCO's documented 300Nm and two-speed control are the more predictable tool.
Does the KEELAT drill chuck make it a drill too?
Not a good one. An impact wrench has no clutch, so it cannot stop applying force when a screw seats. It will strip screw heads and snap small bits. Use the chuck adapter for rough hole-making only, and buy a real cordless drill if you need to drive screws.
