The Firefly FHF104 Turbo is the most expensive air cooler in our ranking at around ₱18,700 as of August 11, 2026, built around a turbo circulation fan and a circular digital display.

What do you actually get?

A striking machine. The large round turbo fan dominates the front, with the digital display set into the hub so you can read the setting from across a room. It sits on castors over a grey water tank, and it is sold by Firefly Electric & Lighting, the manufacturer’s own store.

Turbo and vortex fan designs are meant to throw air in a tighter stream that reaches further than a standard cage fan’s soft wash. In an open sala, that is a real advantage when it works.

Why does it rank last?

Because at the top price in the category, the listing tells you the least.

There is no published tank size, which decides how often you refill. No wattage, which decides the running cost, and running cost is the entire reason to buy an air cooler. No airflow figure, which is the only way to judge whether the turbo fan does anything a cheaper fan does not.
