How much does it actually support?

The support comes from two things working together. Medical-standard compression through the AirKnit fabric boosts circulation and damps the muscle vibration that tires a knee out. The Omega Pad is the clever part: it’s contoured to surround the patella, so pressure lands in the soft tissue around the kneecap rather than on it. That takes load off the tendons and the kneecap itself.

What is it like to wear?
