A strip that melts on the tongue

Each film carries 320mg of glutathione complex and dissolves in the mouth, so there’s no capsule to swallow and no water needed. For anyone who finds capsules difficult, or who keeps forgetting a supplement because taking it requires a glass of water and a free hand, that’s a genuine reason to consider a film.

The strips are flat and individually usable, which makes them easy to carry without a bottle.

A stated number with an undefined blend

320mg is published, which beats the several listings in this category that state nothing at all. The qualifier is “complex”: the listing doesn’t say what the 320mg is composed of, so it isn’t directly comparable to a capsule stating a specific amount of reduced or S-Acetyl glutathione.

It’s also the lower of Dr. Lean’s two films. The brand’s Super Glutathione Max states 427mg in the same format, from the same shop, at a lower price.
