Why does it win this category?

Because of one number nothing else here comes close to: 68 sqm of coverage.

Every other dehumidifier in our ranking tops out around 30 sqm, which means one room. This one is sized for an open sala and dining area, a whole floor, or a stockroom. If you have been running a smaller unit and watching it lose, this is the step up that actually changes the outcome.

How well does it work?

The LED touch display, 24-hour timer, auto mode and swing function are all things you would expect on an aircon and rarely see on a dehumidifier. What are the limits?

Two, and both are about scale.

The 4L tank is undersized for the output. At 30L/day it fills in about three hours. Nobody empties a tank three times a day, so the continuous drain hose is mandatory here, not optional. Plan where the machine will sit based on where you can run a hose.
