INGCO CIDLI426981 42V impact drill review: the strongest, on its own island

The INGCO CIDLI426981 is the most powerful drill in our home-improvement catalog: 69Nm, a 30,000bpm hammer mode, a 13mm metal chuck, and a complete kit in a case for around ₱6,100. The catch isn’t the tool, it’s the 42V battery platform, which shares nothing with INGCO’s far bigger 20V range.

How capable is it?

69Nm through a mechanical 2-speed gearbox at 0-500 / 0-2,000 rpm, with 30,000bpm in hammer mode and a 22+1+1 clutch. In practice that means concrete and hollow block are properly in scope, not just technically possible, and the 13mm metal chuck takes the masonry bits and hole saws to match.

It’s also a documented tool. INGCO publishes a full data sheet for the CIDLI426981, down to the battery (FBLI42201) and charger (FCLI42021) part numbers. At this end of Shopee, where big voltage numbers usually come with no paperwork, that matters.

What does 42V actually mean?

It means a separate battery family. INGCO’s volume platform in the Philippines is P20S, its 20V system, which its grinders, blowers, impact wrenches and most of its drills share. The 42V line is smaller, so a pack you buy for this drill powers this drill and little else, and a spare costs more and is harder to find locally.

Treat “42V” as a max figure too, measured on a fully charged pack. That’s how every brand quotes it, and it’s why the torque gain over a 20V tool is 3Nm rather than double.

Is it sulit?

Around ₱6,100 as of July 31, 2026. Check the latest price on Shopee. As a complete kit that’s fair: you get the battery, charger, 47 accessories, and a case, so nothing else to buy.

The comparison that matters is INGCO’s own CIDLI20668 at around ₱5,500, which gives you 66Nm, two 2.0Ah batteries instead of one, the same 47 accessories, and the P20S platform. That’s less money, one more battery, and access to a much wider tool range, for 3Nm less torque you’ll never notice. Unless the highest number on the shelf is the point, the 20V kit is the smarter buy.

Who should buy it

Buy this if you want maximum torque in one box and you have no existing INGCO batteries to protect, for example a serious DIYer starting fresh who mostly drills masonry.
