WonderPaw odor control shampoo refill review: 1L of wash

The WonderPaw Probiotic Odor Control Dog Shampoo in its 1L refill pouch is the bulk option in the range, aimed at dogs that get smelly between washes.

What does it do?

It’s a wet shampoo built around a castor seed oil complex, which WonderPaw formulates to bind odor molecules on the skin rather than simply masking them with fragrance. That sits alongside the coconut probiotic extracts used across the range, intended to support the skin’s microbiome and keep odor-causing bacteria in check.

The distinction between binding odor and perfuming over it is the meaningful one. Plenty of pet shampoos take the second approach, which smells good for two days and then doesn’t.

Refills are cheaper, with a catch
