BeHealthy smart body fat scale review
How we reviewed this: we read the Shopee PH listing, checked the listed specs, and went through 301 owner ratings.
BeHealthy Smart Body Fat ScaleA good fit for a weight-loss plan that starts heavy: it takes up to 180kg and shows body fat and muscle on the scale's own screen. The catch is the apps. Your readings go to the Fitdays app on your phone, and BeHealthy doesn't say its own app, the one with a food log, can take them, so you may end up typing your weight in by hand.
- Price: ₱2,500 as of Oct 22, 2026
- Biggest pro: One-year warranty that BeHealthy services itself
- Main catch: BeHealthy's own app doesn't say it works with this scale

Pros and cons
✓ Pros
- One-year warranty that BeHealthy services itself
- Takes up to 180kg, so you can start weighing in above 150kg
- Big color screen that shows a heart-rate reading with the body readings
✗ Cons
- BeHealthy's own app doesn't say it works with this scale
- Muscle you build in your arms and chest barely shows
- No model number is published
- Guidance for pacemaker users stops at 'results may vary'
At around ₱2,500 as of October 22, 2026, the BeHealthy scale suits a diet that starts heavy: it weighs up to 180kg and shows your body readings on its own screen. The catch is that your readings and your food log end up in two different apps.
Room to start a diet above 150kg
The scale takes up to 180kg. If you or someone at home is starting a weight-loss plan above 150kg, that matters from day one, because three of the scales on our best-of list stop at 150kg. You can weigh in from the first morning instead of waiting until you fit the scale.
Body fat and muscle on the glass, before you open an app
The color VA screen shows more than your weight. In BeHealthy’s product image it lists body fat, BMI, body water, muscle, bone and a heart-rate reading, so a quick morning weigh-in needs no phone. BeHealthy doesn’t say whether the body readings show before you set up a profile in the app, and they need your height, age and sex to work out.
BeHealthy’s own directions fit a diet routine: step on barefoot, in the morning, before eating and after using the bathroom. Weighing under the same conditions each day is what makes this week’s numbers comparable with last week’s.
Weekly and monthly charts in the Fitdays app, for up to 24 people
The scale pairs over Bluetooth with the Fitdays or Onfit app on your phone. The Fitdays app’s own FAQ says one account holds 24 users plus a visitor, and its charts compare your readings by week, month or year. That is the view a diet needs, since one morning’s number says little on its own.
The same FAQ lists syncing with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Samsung Health, so your weigh-ins can sit next to your workouts and step count. If two people at home weigh within 2kg of each other, the app asks who stepped on.
A one-year warranty BeHealthy handles itself
BeHealthy services the warranty directly, not through a third-party center, and a defective unit can go back within 7 days of delivery. The brand also has a boutique at Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig. Spread across that warranty year, the price works out to under ₱7 a day. It runs on 4 AAA batteries, included, and warns you when they’re low.
BeHealthy’s own app doesn’t list this scale
BeHealthy has a free Health Tracker app for iPhone and Android. It logs weight, meals with calories and macros, blood pressure and blood sugar, and a food log next to your weight is useful on a diet. But neither its App Store listing nor BeHealthy’s app page says it pairs with this scale or shows body fat. You would type your weight in by hand there, and the body readings stay in the Fitdays app: two apps for one routine, unless you use the Fitdays app alone.
Training your arms barely reaches the muscle reading
All 4 electrodes sit in the glass under your feet. The current runs up one leg and down the other, so the body-fat and muscle figures mostly reflect your legs and lower body, and the rest is worked out from your profile. If you lift and your upper body is what’s changing, the muscle figure may lag behind what you see in the mirror. Scales with hand grips use 8 electrodes and read your arms too.
Our best body scales in the Philippines list explains why every bathroom scale’s body-fat figure is an estimate. Read the muscle number here the same way, as a slow trend over months.
No published accuracy figure, though a weekly trend doesn’t need one
BeHealthy doesn’t publish a step size (the smallest change the screen shows) or an accuracy figure. Its page says only “high-precision sensors”.
For a diet, that matters less than it sounds. Cleveland Clinic puts the normal day-to-day swing in body weight at about a kilo either way, mostly water. So a small change between two mornings tells you little on any scale. The weekly chart in the Fitdays app is the number to watch, and a week of steady weight loss is big enough to show.
What the BeHealthy listing leaves unsaid
- None of the 15 metrics is named on the listing. BeHealthy's own site names eight: weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat, hydration and basal metabolic rate.
- The heart-rate reading is offered to 'monitor heart health' with no accuracy figure, so treat it as a rough number and see a doctor about anything to do with your heart.
- No minimum weight or platform size is given, so you can't check it fits a small bathroom or a child.
- No Bluetooth version and no phone requirement (iPhone or Android) is stated.
A good match if you’re over 150kg and want your readings on the screen
Buy it if:
- you, or someone at home, weighs more than 150kg
- you want to see body fat and muscle on the scale’s screen, without opening an app
- you want a Filipino brand to handle the warranty, with a boutique in Pasig you can visit
Skip it if:
- you want your weigh-ins and your food log in one app, because BeHealthy doesn’t say its own app takes this scale’s readings
- you lift weights and want to track muscle in your arms and upper body, because the scale reads mostly your legs
Pregnant, or have a pacemaker or another implanted device? Skip the body readings and ask your doctor first. The body-fat estimate means little during pregnancy, and for implants BeHealthy says only that “results may vary”. A doctor or dietitian is also the best person to set your weight-loss target.
For Wi-Fi syncing, or a cheaper scale if everyone is under 150kg
The eufy P2 Pro was around ₱2,300 as of August 20, 2026. It also takes 180kg, states 50g accuracy, and syncs over Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth. If everyone at home is under 150kg, the Xiaomi S400 was around ₱1,000 as of August 20, 2026 and reads in 0.1kg steps. Both are in the ranked ten of our best-of list, which the BeHealthy sits outside.
Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the BeHealthy smart scale?
BeHealthy doesn't say. There is no published accuracy or step size for the weight, and body fat from any bathroom scale is an estimate. Use it to follow a trend over weeks, and ask the shop for the accuracy spec if you need it.
Is the BeHealthy smart scale FDA registered?
No. BeHealthy's own FAQ says this type of product is not registrable with the Philippine FDA, so it ships without an FDA certificate. That is common for bathroom scales.
What app does the BeHealthy body fat scale use?
The Fitdays or Onfit phone app, over Bluetooth. Both are general scale apps that several other scale brands also pair with. BeHealthy has its own free Health Tracker app that logs weight and meals, but BeHealthy doesn't say it pairs with this scale, so there you would type the weight in yourself.
Can I use it if I have a pacemaker?
Ask your doctor first. BeHealthy only says results may vary for people with pacemakers or implanted devices. The usual advice for scales that pass a current through your feet is to skip the body-fat reading if you have an implant.
