Pros and cons
✓ Pros
- The most-rated pull-up bar in this roundup by a wide margin
- Adjustable width fits most Filipino door frames
- Goes up and comes down in seconds, no permanent fixing
✗ Cons
- Leans on the door frame, so a weak hollow frame is a real risk
- No dip or push-up function, it only does hanging work
The OneTwoFit adjustable door pull-up bar has more owner ratings behind it than anything else in this roundup, at around ₱850 as of August 19, 2026.
Little is published, so owner feedback is the main evidence
In a category this opaque, quite a lot. Most door bars publish no capacity, no material grade and no fit tolerance, which leaves accumulated owner feedback as the best evidence available. This bar has far more of that than any competitor here, across a long period of sales.
That is not the same as a published specification, but it is not nothing either.
Presses into most door frames and comes out in seconds
Simple, which is the appeal. It is a pressure-fit adjustable bar: it widens to grip your frame, it goes up in seconds, and it comes down just as fast. For a renter, or for a doorway that other people need to walk through, that matters more than any feature.
The adjustable width covers most standard Filipino door frames.
No load rating; near 80 kg, message the seller first
The number. The listing publishes no load rating, and on a product holding your bodyweight that is the one specification worth having. Lighter users are unlikely to have trouble, but anyone near or above 80 kg should message the seller first.
It also does hanging work only, with no push-up or dip function.
Mid-priced for a simple adjustable steel bar
At around ₱850 as of August 19, 2026, it sits between the cheapest bar here and our Best Overall pick. You are paying for the accumulated track record rather than for published specs or extra features.
Simple pull-ups for anyone happy to trust owner feedback
Buy this if you want a simple, proven door bar and you are comfortable relying on owner feedback over a spec sheet. Skip it if you want a stated capacity, or if you want more than pull-ups from it.
The OT216 states a 150 kg limit
If you want a published 150 kg rating and an elevated bar, the OneTwoFit OT216 is the upgrade. If you want the same door mounting plus push-ups and sit-ups, the OneTwoFit sit-up door bar covers three movements.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the rating count matter here?
Because this category is full of listings with no published specifications, so accumulated owner feedback becomes the most reliable evidence available. This bar has far more of it than anything else in the roundup.
What load is it rated for?
The listing does not publish a figure, which is the gap. If you are near or above 80 kg, ask the seller for the rating before ordering rather than assuming it matches other bars in the range.
How quickly does it go up and down?
Seconds. It is a pressure-fit adjustable bar with nothing to bolt, so it comes down as easily as it goes up. That is the practical appeal for renters and for shared doorways.
Can I do push-ups or dips on it?
No. This one only does hanging work. If you want floor push-ups and a sit-up anchor from the same bar, the sit-up version of this bar covers all three.
