QuiFit 600ml Tritan shaker review: tougher, clearer plastic

This is the one shaker here that tells you what its plastic is. Tritan, with a built-in strainer, from an official Shopee Mall store, at roughly double what a basic cup costs.

What Tritan actually is

Most cheap shakers are made from unspecified plastic and say nothing about it. Tritan is a named BPA-free copolyester, and the practical differences are real: it stays clear instead of going cloudy, it resists cracking when dropped, and it holds up to dishwasher heat without warping.

Cloudiness is the one you’ll notice. Ordinary shaker plastic hazes over after a few months of protein and hot rinses, and a bottle you can’t see into is a bottle you can’t tell is clean. Tritan staying clear is a small thing that keeps the bottle usable longer.

It’s also dishwasher safe, which no-name bottles generally aren’t, whatever the listing implies.

A strainer instead of a loose ball

Rather than a mixing ball rattling around, this has a strainer built into the bottle. It breaks up the powder stream as liquid passes through, and it doesn’t need finding and rinsing separately, which is the mild annoyance of a loose ball.

Set expectations honestly: a fixed strainer is gentler than a metal ball. It handles standard whey well and won’t match a ball on a thick mass gainer. At 600ml you get sensible mixing room, since a scoop of whey wants roughly 200ml to 300ml of water and the rest is the air the shake needs to mix.

Paying more for a plastic bottle

At around ₱179 as of August 22, 2026, this costs about double a basic 600ml cup. You’re paying for the material, the strainer, and the dishwasher tolerance, not for more capacity.

That’s a fair trade if you keep things for years and hate replacing them, and a poor one if shakers tend to disappear from your gym bag. The QuiFit Shopee Mall store is a genuine plus. The ratings base is not: a 4.9 Shopee rating across just 26 ratings is too thin to lean on, so the material spec and the store are the reasons to trust it, not the score.

Buy this if you want a bottle that still looks and works like new in a year, you use a dishwasher, or BPA-free is something you specifically check for. It suits someone replacing a cloudy, scratched cup and not wanting to do it again.

Skip it if you mix thick gainers, where a ball or a motor does more, or if you lose bottles regularly.
