Dreame R10 review: 60 minutes and an anti-tangle brush

How does it perform?

120AW from a 120,000 rpm brushless motor, with 60 minutes of runtime from a 7 x 2,500mAh pack.

Within Dreame’s range, 120AW is the entry point: the V10S is 155AW, the V20 is 160AW, the V50 Pro is 220AW. That does not make it weak, and airwatts at this level handle hard floors, area rugs, and normal household dust without complaint. But it is the least powerful Dreame we rank.

The 60-minute runtime is the more useful number here, because it matches the V10S and beats several pricier vacuums. Combined with 120AW that makes the R10 a long-session, moderate-power machine, which suits a big house with hard floors better than a small one with carpet.

Filtration is rated at 99.9%, a generic efficiency claim rather than a graded standard like H13.

What makes it versatile?

Two things do the work.

The anti-tangle brush is the more valuable and the less advertised. In a Filipino household with long hair or a shedding pet, hair winding onto the roller is what quietly kills a stick vacuum’s pickup, and scissors-and-a-Saturday is the maintenance nobody mentions at the point of sale. A brush designed to shed hair off the ends instead avoids that.

The 4-in-1 configurations cover full stick for floors, handheld for furniture and stairs, and crevice and above-floor setups. That range is what makes a stick vacuum worth its price over a corded one: it is the tool you grab for the sofa, the car, and the top of the aparador, not just the floor.

LED headlights show dust under furniture where the room light does not reach. There is no dust-detection light, which the similarly priced V10S has.

Dreame publishes no weight or bin capacity for this model, which is a recurring gap across their PH listings.

We have to be straight about the awkward part: Dreame’s own V10S costs around ₱9,000, which is ₱500 less, and gives you 155AW instead of 120AW, green laser dust detection, a carbon fiber wand, and a 2-year warranty, on the same 60-minute runtime.

On paper that is a clear win for the V10S, and it is why the V10S is our Best Overall and this is not.

Where the R10 makes sense is when the price gap goes the other way, which it does often enough on Shopee to be worth checking, or when the anti-tangle brush is the spec you care most about. The R10 also has 110 raters behind its 4.9, a real sample.

Who this cordless vacuum suits

Buy this if the anti-tangle brush is your priority and the R10 is the cheaper of the two on the day you shop. It is a sound choice for a house with hard floors, long sessions, and a shedding pet. If both are at list price, the V10S gives you more suction, a dust light, and twice the warranty for less money, and that is the one we would buy.
