What does the 18-inch blade give you?

More air per rotation than any 16-inch fan can manage, at a price where 16 inches is the norm. Nearly everything else at ₱2,700 in this roundup is a 16-inch fan, so the blade size alone is the reason to look here.

Hanabishi drives it with an 86W AC motor across three speeds, with oscillation control and an adjustable stand height.

Be clear about the gap in the documentation: Hanabishi publishes no airflow figure. There is no m³/min number on the local page, so you cannot line it up against the 78 m³/min Asahi PF-830 or the 71.6 of the 16-inch PF-631.
