INGCO 12V lithium-ion cordless drill review: the charger is extra

INGCO’s 12V lithium-ion cordless drill is a 20Nm light-duty drill on the S12 battery platform, sold at around ₱2,200 with one 1.5Ah pack. It handles furniture and shelves comfortably, but the charger is sold separately, which changes the value math.

What can a 20Nm drill actually do?

20Nm of torque through a 0.8-10mm keyless chuck, geared at 0-400 / 0-1,500 rpm. In practice that covers flat-pack furniture, curtain rails, door hinges, drywall anchors, and screws into wood. The 15+1 clutch gives you 15 torque steps plus a straight drill setting, so you can seat a screw flush without stripping the head or splitting a shelf.

What it can’t do is masonry. There’s no hammer mode, and the 10mm chuck won’t take the bigger masonry bits anyway. If your list includes a bracket in hollow block, this is the wrong drill and no amount of technique fixes it.

Is it comfortable to use?

This is the strongest part. A 12V drill sits at roughly half the weight of a 20V unit, so you can hold it overhead against a ceiling or reach inside a kitchen cabinet without your wrist giving up. It has an LED work light and a battery level indicator, and the pack charges over USB Type-C, which means any phone charger or power bank will top it up.

That last detail is genuinely useful, and it softens the charger problem. You still need a proper S12 charger for a fast full charge, but you’re not stranded.

Is it sulit?

Around ₱2,200 as of July 31, 2026. Check the latest price on Shopee. Read that as the price of a drill and one battery, not a complete kit, because the charger is a separate line item.
