INGCO CIDLI206681 20V impact drill review: 66Nm for people who own batteries

The INGCO CIDLI206681 is the body-only version of INGCO’s flagship 66Nm impact drill: brushless, a 13mm metal chuck, 30,000bpm hammer action, for around ₱2,500. If you already own P20S batteries, it’s the cheapest route to this much drill in the Philippines. If you don’t, it’s an expensive paperweight.

How much drill is in the body?

All of it. This is not a detuned model: 66Nm of torque, 0-500 / 0-2,000 rpm across a mechanical 2-speed gearbox, and 30,000bpm in hammer mode, the exact figures INGCO publishes for the kitted CIDLI20668. The 22+1+1 clutch gives 22 torque steps plus drill and hammer modes, so one tool covers seating a cabinet screw and punching through hollow block.

The 13mm metal chuck is the other half of that capability. It takes proper masonry bits and large hole saws, and it holds them without creeping, which is where 10mm plastic chucks give up.

What don’t you get?

The battery, the charger, the 47-piece accessory set, and the case. You get the drill, one Cr-V driver bit, and three masonry bits. That’s the entire deal.

It also matters that this is a multi-variant listing. The same page offers a bare unit, a complete set, and a 60Nm drill bundled with a hand mixer. They’re different products at different prices, so read the variant in your cart before paying.

Build-wise there’s nothing to complain about: spindle lock for one-handed bit changes, an LED work light, and the 6-month service warranty INGCO Philippines states on cordless tools.

If you own an INGCO 20V tool, the maths is excellent: you’re paying about ₱2,500 for the most capable drill in our roundup, where the full kit is around ₱5,500.
