How much can it drive?

Real figures, published by INGCO for both models. The 4V (CSDLI0402) does 4Nm at 240rpm. The 8V (CSDLI0802) does 6Nm at 220rpm with 15+1 torque settings and a two-position adjustable handle.

6Nm is the strongest pull in this group, nearly double the Mitsushi’s 3.5Nm. That covers flat-pack furniture, cabinet hinges, switch plates, and screws into softwood and plywood. It is not a drill: for holes in hardwood or anything in concrete you still want a proper cordless drill.

The 15+1 clutch on the 8V is what separates it from a toy. You can dial the torque down for a small screw and stop stripping the head, which no other pick here offers.

Which variant should you buy?

The 8V, for most people. And this is the catch worth reading twice: one listing covers both, and they are genuinely different tools. Choose deliberately rather than taking whichever the page defaults to.

One more thing to confirm before ordering: INGCO lists the 8V model’s USB-C cable as sold separately through some channels, while the 4V ships with a Micro-USB lead. Ask the seller which is in the box.

Is it well built?

It uses a 1/4in hex shank, so it takes standard driver bits, and there’s an integrated LED work light at the nose. That light sounds like a gimmick until you’re working under a sink or inside a cabinet, which is where a tool this size spends most of its life.

The honest limits: the included bits are Cr-V, softer than the S2 steel in a precision kit, and the hex shank means it takes bits rather than round-shank drills.

Is it sulit?

Around ₱891 as of July 31, 2026. Check the latest price on Shopee. That’s mid-priced in a category running from ₱329 to ₱1,800, and it buys the most capability per peso of anything here: more torque, a real clutch, and a work light.

The other thing your money buys is INGCO’s dealer and parts network in the Philippines, which none of the Shopee-first brands in this category can match.
