Most riveters, swivel-head or not, are two long arms you squeeze together. This one is built like a pistol: a compact powder-coated body with the handle beneath it and the nose out front, and the nose rotates a full 360 degrees.
That combination is what makes it interesting. A swivel head buys you access to awkward angles. A short pistol body buys you access to tight spaces. Together, in the 8 inch version, this is the most compact way to set a rivet in a genuinely difficult spot that we have found in this category.
The TPR handle is the other real upgrade. Thermoplastic rubber is softer than the hard PVC most riveters use, and it flexes under load rather than biting into your palm. You feel that on the twentieth rivet, not the first.
