What do you get?
The electrical figures, and they are good ones. 1.7L fills about seven cups, and 1850-2200W puts it at the fast end of this list, level with the Philips and the Xiaomi glass kettle at the top of the range. The listing states 220-240V, 50/60Hz, so at typical Philippine 220V you sit nearer 1850W than 2200W, which is still quick.
That combination, family capacity and real speed for around ₱2,100, is the argument for it, and it is a decent one. 46 owners rating it 5.0 with 163 sold is a reasonable early record.
What is missing?
Almost everything else. The listing does not state the body or inner-pot material, does not name a safety cutout, does not mention boil-dry protection, and does not state warranty terms.
At this price that is a real gap rather than a nitpick. The Asahi EK-175 at around ₱2,000 publishes 1900W, names Strix as the thermal control, and describes a concealed stainless heating plate. The Imarflex IK-515S at around ₱1,900 names SUS304, double-wall insulation, boil-dry protection, and a 1-year warranty.
We will not assume features that are not published. It very likely has an automatic cutout, as nearly all modern kettles do, but we are not going to state it as fact.

1850-2200W reflects the fact that a heating element's draw varies with the supply voltage, and the listing quotes 220-240V. At the 220V typical in Philippine homes you are nearer the lower end of that range; at 240V you get the higher figure. It is more honest than quoting only the maximum, but it does mean the real-world speed sits below the headline number.
What is the kettle made of?
The listing does not say, and that is our main criticism of it. Most kettles in this price band state at minimum whether the inner pot is stainless steel and what grade. Without it you do not know what the water is touching. If material matters to you, the Imarflex and ZOLELE both name SUS304 or 304 stainless at similar money.
