For scale, the published-label tablets in this category run from ₱10 to ₱17 a day, and the imported formulas higher still. This is a quarter of the cheapest of those. A hundred capsules is over three months at one a day, so a full quarter of daily vitamins costs less than a single month of most alternatives.

There’s a genuine argument in that. A multivitamin nobody can afford to keep buying does nothing, and a cheap one taken consistently beats an expensive one taken for a month.

1000mg of what, though

Here’s where it gets thin. The listing states 1000mg per capsule and doesn’t publish a per-capsule ingredient breakdown.

1000mg is the weight of the capsule’s contents, not a dose of anything in particular. Without a breakdown you can’t tell which vitamins are in it, in what amounts, or whether any of them reaches a useful level. So the honest framing is that you’re buying a cheap daily capsule from an FDA-approved local manufacturer, on trust. Whether it’s better value than a tablet costing four times as much depends entirely on information neither of us has.

Worth flagging because it’s easy to miss. On the same date, ATC’s 30-capsule pack listed at around ₱259, which is more money for 70 fewer capsules than this bottle.

They aren’t identical products, since this one specifies 1000mg capsules and the 30-count doesn’t state a strength, so it isn’t a straight like-for-like. But if you were choosing between them on price alone, the larger bottle is cheaper in absolute terms as well as per capsule, which is not a comparison that usually goes this way.
