Stresstabs + Iron 8 Tablets review

An 8-tablet strip looks like a sampler, and on the arithmetic it turns out to be the best value of all three Stresstabs pack sizes. That is not how pack pricing usually works, so it’s worth showing.

The small pack is the cheapest per tablet

At around ₱92 as of August 31, 2026 for 8 tablets, that’s ₱11.50 a tablet.

Put the three sizes side by side, all from the same date. The 8-tablet strip works out to ₱11.50 each. The 100-tablet bottle is ₱12.00 each. The 30-tablet pack is ₱13.50 each, the worst of the three.

So the usual advice, buy the big bottle and save, doesn’t hold here. The strip you’d assume is the expensive convenience size is actually the cheapest way to take Stresstabs, and the mid-size pack is the one to avoid on price.

Two honest caveats. Pack prices move independently and these are dated figures, so check the listings before you act on this. And eight tablets is genuinely a week, so buying a month this way means four separate purchases and four sets of shipping, which erases the saving unless you’re buying other things anyway.

What’s in the tablet

The formula is a B-complex built around stress and energy: vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, and iron. It’s identical to the bigger bottles, not a weakened trial version.

What it isn’t is a broad multivitamin. There’s no zinc, no calcium, no vitamin D. If you want general coverage this is the wrong shape of product, and a full multivitamin tablet is what you’re after.

Iron is the part to think about

Iron is in the core formula, and that deserves a proper flag rather than a bullet point.

Supplemental iron is genuinely useful if you’re deficient, and genuinely not something to take casually if you’re not. Excess iron accumulates, it commonly causes constipation and stomach upset, and iron overload is a real condition. A blood test tells you whether you need it; a label doesn’t.

If you’re taking this because you feel tired, get the test first. Tiredness has many causes and most of them aren’t iron.

A week is enough to learn one thing

What eight tablets can tell you is whether the formula sits well with you, particularly whether the iron upsets your stomach. That’s a real question and a week answers it.

What it can’t tell you is whether the vitamins are doing anything. That isn’t a week-scale question, and nobody should expect to feel a difference from a B-complex in seven days.
