Saphlive Multivitamins + Phospholipids review: for liver

Saphlive isn’t really a multivitamin. It’s a liver-support capsule built around phosphatidylcholine, with B vitamins alongside, and buying it as a general daily vitamin would be a mistake.

Phospholipids first, vitamins second

The formula centres on 300mg of phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid that forms part of the membrane around liver cells, with a B-complex alongside it.

Phosphatidylcholine is a well-documented ingredient in liver-support supplements, and the reasoning behind it is specific: liver cell membranes are built substantially from phospholipids, so supplying them is meant to support membrane repair. That’s a narrower and more mechanical claim than most supplements in this category make, and a more checkable one.

What it isn’t is broad coverage. There’s no full mineral profile, no vitamin D, no vitamin A. If what you want is a daily multivitamin, this is the wrong shelf and Centrum Advance is closer to it.

Liver support is a doctor’s conversation

This one needs saying plainly. If you’re considering a liver supplement, the reason matters enormously.

If a doctor has told you your liver enzymes are elevated, or you have a diagnosed liver condition, then what you take should be their call, not a listing’s. Supplements can interact with medication, and self-treating a liver problem is a bad idea specifically because the liver is what processes everything else you take.

If you’re considering it as general insurance because you drink, the honest answer is that drinking less does more than any capsule will.
