Centrum Silver Advance is the 50-and-over version of Centrum’s core tablet, and the reformulation is real rather than a label change: more vitamin D for bone health, lutein for eyes.

What changes after 50, and what Centrum changed

Nutrient needs genuinely shift with age. Vitamin D matters more because skin makes less of it from sunlight and bone density declines. Eye health becomes a bigger concern, which is where lutein comes in. Absorption of some B vitamins drops too.
