Swisse Ultivite Men's 120 Tablets review

Swisse packs 53 active ingredients into one men’s tablet, which is more than anything else in this category names. How much of each you’re getting is the question the label doesn’t answer.

53 ingredients, including some nobody else carries

The list runs to B vitamins, vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, iron, and folic acid, plus herbal extracts that local multivitamins generally skip: Asian ginseng, gotu kola, saw palmetto, and milk thistle.

Saw palmetto and milk thistle are the genuinely distinctive entries. Neither appears in the Unilab or Haleon tablets here, and if you specifically want them, this is one of the few routes to getting them in a daily multivitamin rather than as separate purchases.

A long list without amounts is a trade, not a win

Swisse doesn’t publish milligram figures for most of the 53.

That’s worth weighing honestly rather than reading 53 as simply better than 25. A tablet is a fixed amount of material, and 53 ingredients sharing it means each one’s share is small by arithmetic. Without the numbers you can’t tell whether the saw palmetto is a studied amount or a trace, and herbal extracts in particular are dose-dependent.

Centrum Advance names fewer ingredients and tells you how much of each. Which approach you prefer is a real choice, but the longer list is not automatically the more generous one.

The tablet also contains iron. If you’re not iron deficient, that’s a reason to check with a doctor rather than a feature, since supplemental iron isn’t something to take casually without knowing you need it.

Four months a bottle, at a premium rate

At around ₱2,000 as of August 31, 2026 for 120 tablets, that’s about ₱16.70 a tablet, well above the local brands here, and the bottle runs four months at one a day.

One thing to check before buying this bottle on its own. If that still holds when you look, the bundle gives you this exact product plus a second bottle for the same money. Promotions end, so check both listings, but it’s worth thirty seconds.
