Stresstabs + Iron 100 Tablets review

Stresstabs + Iron is a B-complex with iron built in, not a broad multivitamin, and that difference decides whether it’s the right bottle for you.

A stress B-complex, not a general multivitamin

The formula is vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, and iron.

Read that list for what’s missing as much as what’s there. No zinc, no calcium, no vitamin D, none of the broader mineral coverage a general tablet carries. It’s built around the B vitamins, which are the ones involved in turning food into energy, plus iron and a little vitamin C to help absorb it.

So if you want one tablet covering as much ground as possible, this isn’t it and Centrum Advance is closer. If you specifically want B vitamins and iron, this is a focused, long-established formula.

Iron deserves a proper decision, not a default

This is the part worth slowing down for. Iron isn’t a harmless extra.

Supplemental iron is valuable if you’re deficient, and it’s the most common nutritional deficiency worldwide, so plenty of people genuinely are. It’s also not something to take indefinitely when you’re not. Excess iron builds up rather than flushing out, it commonly causes constipation and stomach upset, and iron overload is a real medical condition.

A blood test tells you whether you need it. A feeling of tiredness doesn’t, because tiredness has many causes and most of them aren’t iron. If you’re buying this because you’re always exhausted, the test comes first.

Take it with food if it unsettles your stomach, which it does for some people.

Three months a bottle, and the pack sizes compared

At around ₱1,200 as of August 31, 2026 for 100 tablets, that’s ₱12 a tablet.

The pack-size arithmetic here is unusual and worth checking before you buy. On the same date the 8-tablet strip worked out to about ₱11.50 each, slightly cheaper than this bottle, and the 30-tablet pack to about ₱13.50, the most expensive of the three. The big bottle isn’t the bargain the size suggests; it’s the convenience option.

What it does buy you is three months without reordering, from Haleon’s own official Shopee store, the company behind both Stresstabs and Centrum. It holds a 4.9 Shopee rating across 10,985 ratings with 10K+ sold, one of the largest owner bases in this category.

What a supplement can claim

Buy this if you’ve established that you want iron and B vitamins, ideally with a doctor’s input, and you’d rather buy three months at once from the brand owner’s own store.

Skip it if you want broad coverage, or if you haven’t checked whether you need supplemental iron at all.
