At around ₱259 as of August 20, 2026, the cheapest scale in this category. Two things about it are worth more attention than the price.

USB charging fits how a bathroom scale is used

Think about the duty cycle. A bathroom scale is switched on for about ten seconds a day and then sits untouched on a tiled floor for the other twenty-three hours and fifty-nine minutes.

That is the worst possible pattern for coin cells. They self-discharge while the device does nothing, and a flat cell left in place for a year leaks and corrodes the contacts. A cheap digital scale that stops working usually stopped because of its battery compartment rather than its electronics.

Charging over USB removes that failure mode entirely. A charge on a device drawing power for seconds a day lasts a long time, and you plug it in rather than hunting for a CR2032 at a sari-sari store.

The listing does not say how long a charge lasts, which is the one figure worth asking for.

Weight only, which is the honest half

This is listed as a digital body weight scale rather than a body-composition one. No body fat, no muscle mass, no metabolic age.

That is less of a loss than the twelve-metric listings imply. Composition figures on any consumer scale come from a single extra reading, electrical impedance measured foot to foot, run through a manufacturer’s formula. The current never crosses the torso, and the result swings with how hydrated you are: a salty meal or a hard workout moves the fat percentage with no fat involved.

So a weight-only scale is giving up an estimate, and keeping the measurement that is real.

Where to put it, and when to stand on it

The two habits that matter more than which scale you bought.

Hard, level floor. Tiles, not a bath mat. A platform that can flex reads differently, and moving the scale between surfaces is the commonest reason people conclude it is inaccurate.

Same time, same conditions. First thing in the morning, after the bathroom, before eating or drinking. Daily weight swings a kilo or more from food and water, so compare weeks rather than days.

What the listing leaves out
