Pharmaton Essential is the most expensive capsule per day in this category apart from the teen formula, and the thing most buyers should know before paying it is what this line leaves out.

The Essential line has no ginseng

The Essential line doesn’t contain it. What you get instead is a higher-level B-complex aimed at energy and mental focus, plus vitamin C for immunity.
