Pryce Teens Multivitamin review

Pryce Teens is the budget alternative to the teen supplement everyone knows, at a fraction of the price. The catch is that it won’t tell you how much of the key ingredient you’re getting.

CGF, minerals, and no milligrams

The formula is a teen multivitamin with minerals plus chlorella growth factor, the same lead ingredient the category’s best-known brand is built on.

What Pryce doesn’t publish is the CGF amount per capsule. Cherifer PGM 10-22 states 200mg of CGF and 9mg of zinc on its label, which makes it checkable. Here you get the ingredient name and nothing else.

That gap is the whole comparison. Two teen capsules both containing CGF could differ tenfold in how much, and only one of them lets you find out. The capsule count isn’t stated on the listing either, so the cost per day can’t be worked out honestly from what’s published.

What a teen supplement can actually do

This matters more than the price, so it’s worth being direct.

Height is largely determined by genetics. What nutrition does is decide whether a teenager reaches the height their genes allow, which depends on eating enough overall, getting enough protein, sleeping properly, and not having an untreated deficiency. A supplement can help close a nutritional gap. It cannot push a child past their genetic range, and no product sold in the Philippines is permitted to promise that.

So if your teenager eats poorly or skips meals, a multivitamin is reasonable insurance and worth mentioning to their pediatrician. If they eat well and sleep enough, a capsule is unlikely to change the outcome, and the money is better spent on their food.

Buy this if you want a teen multivitamin with CGF at a price that works for your household, you’re buying from a pharmacy chain you trust, and you accept that the amounts aren’t published. On those terms it’s a sensible, affordable choice.

Skip it if you want to know what’s in the capsule, in which case the established brand publishes its numbers and charges for them.
