Softher’s B-complex is the cheapest entry point in this category and the least documented. It’s a targeted supplement, not a multivitamin, and buying it as one would be a mistake.

The listing positions this for neural health, and B vitamins, particularly B12, B6 and B1, genuinely are involved in nerve function. B12 deficiency in particular causes real neurological symptoms.
