What does it offer?

What are the trade-offs?

Like all bioimpedance scales, the body-fat figures are estimates rather than medical readings. It is also a generic brand with limited local support information, so confirm the warranty terms and check that the app is still maintained before you commit to it as your tracking system. An app-dependent scale is only as good as the app.
