Swisse Ultivite couples bundle review: his-and-hers formula

Two 120-tablet bottles, one men’s formula and one women’s, in a single box. As of the date below, that box cost the same as either bottle bought on its own, which makes the arithmetic here unusually stark.

Two bottles for the price of one

At around ₱2,000 as of August 31, 2026, the bundle holds 240 tablets across two bottles, so roughly ₱8.30 a tablet.

Bought separately on the same date, Swisse Ultivite Men’s 120 Tablets was around ₱2,000 and Swisse Ultivite Women’s 120 Tablets was also around ₱2,000, about ₱16.70 a tablet each. The bundle was the same money as one of them.

Treat that as a seller’s promotion rather than a permanent fact, because that’s what it looks like. Promotions end, and the whole comparison above changes the day it does. Check all three listings before you decide. But if the pricing still stands when you look, and you wanted either formula, the bundle is the obvious buy even if the second bottle goes to no one.

Two formulas, not one tablet split two ways

The men’s tablet carries B vitamins, vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, iron, folic acid, Asian ginseng, gotu kola, saw palmetto, and milk thistle. The women’s carries B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, vitamin C, zinc, iron, vitamin D, vitamin K, astragalus, and gotu kola.

They genuinely differ. Saw palmetto is a men’s-formula ingredient, and the women’s tablet adds vitamin K alongside vitamin D for bone health. This isn’t one blend in two colors of box.

The amounts mostly aren’t published

Swisse advertises over 40 actives per tablet and doesn’t publish milligram figures for most of them.

That’s the weakness of a long-list formula, and it’s worth weighing against a shorter label that prints its numbers. Forty named ingredients look more generous than twenty-five, and without amounts there’s no way to tell whether the herbs are meaningful doses or a sprinkle. Both bottles contain iron. If you aren’t iron deficient, that’s a reason to check with a doctor rather than a bonus, since supplemental iron isn’t something to take casually without knowing you need it.

Eight months each is a long commitment

240 tablets means 120 days per person at one a day, so two people are set for four months and one person for eight.

That’s a lot of one brand to buy before you know it suits you, which is the real cost of the saving. The listing carries a long expiry, so the tablets won’t spoil on you, but a bundle is still the wrong way to try something for the first time.

Buy this if two adults in the house both want a daily multivitamin, one of each formula fits, and the pricing above still holds when you check. On those terms it’s the best value in this whole category.

Skip it if you’re buying for yourself alone and haven’t taken Swisse before. Start with one bottle, or a cheaper tablet, and find out whether you’ll keep the habit first.
