Swisse Ultivite Women's 65+ 60 Tablets review

Swisse makes a separate formula for women over 65 rather than selling the general women’s tablet with an older photograph on the box. That distinction is the reason to consider it, and the label is the reason to hesitate.

A 65+ formula, built as its own product

Nutritional needs shift again after 65, beyond the changes that make a 50+ formula sensible. Absorption of some nutrients declines further, bone density and muscle maintenance become larger concerns, and medication use rises.

Swisse builds this as a distinct product in the Ultivite range rather than a relabel, which is worth verifying whenever a brand sells an age-tiered line. Plenty are marketing tiers; this one is a separate formulation.

The amounts aren’t published, which matters more at this age

Swisse doesn’t publish a milligram-level breakdown for the 65+ formula.

That gap carries more weight here than it would on a general adult tablet. Older adults are the group most likely to be taking prescription medication, and several common nutrients interact with common drugs: vitamin K with blood thinners, calcium and iron with thyroid medication and some antibiotics. A doctor or pharmacist can check for those interactions only if they know the amounts.

By contrast Centrum Silver Advance publishes its nutrient list, which makes that conversation straightforward.

So the practical advice is: bring the bottle, or a photograph of the label, to whoever manages your medication before starting it.

Two months a bottle, at the top of the category

At around ₱1,400 as of August 31, 2026 for 60 tablets, that’s about ₱23.30 a tablet, one of the higher daily costs of anything we ranked, and the bottle runs two months at one a day.

For comparison, Centrum’s 50+ tablet works out to around ₱14 a day with its amounts published. You’re paying a substantial premium for the narrower age band and the imported brand.

It comes from Swisse Overseas with a perfect 5.0 Shopee rating, though across only 45 ratings, which is too small a sample to lean on. The listing carries a long expiry.

What a supplement can do at this age

These are food supplements, not medicines. A multivitamin covers dietary gaps; it doesn’t treat anything, and it isn’t a substitute for the things that actually matter after 65, which are protein intake, movement, and managing existing conditions properly.

Buy this if you want an age-specific formula for a woman over 65, you trust the Swisse name, and you’ll check it with a doctor or pharmacist against any medication before starting. On those terms the tailored formulation is a real thing rather than a label.

Skip it if published amounts matter to you, or if the daily cost is hard to sustain, because a well-documented 50+ tablet does most of the same job for less.
