Why does it win value?

Because it puts the specification that matters into the cheapest package here that still publishes numbers.

H13 is the filter grade worth having, capturing 99.95% of particles at the hardest size against roughly 95% for the H11 filters on most budget units. Until recently that grade meant paying Levoit money. Filter media has got cheaper, and this is what that looks like on a Shopee listing.

The claimed 330 m³/h CADR is the highest figure in our ranking, above the Xiaomi 4 Lite’s 360 m³/h only in the sense of being in the same league at less than half the price. The evidence base is solid too: 4.9 from more than 3,500 raters with 10K+ sold.

How much should you trust that CADR?

Less than you would trust Levoit’s or Xiaomi’s, and this is the honest caveat on the pick.

The 330 m³/h figure is the seller’s own, with no third-party test standard named. Levoit publishes AHAM-verified numbers, which means an independent body measured them. Xiaomi’s figures are independently reported by reviewers with test equipment. Simplus asks you to take its word.

Here is why we still rank it third. Even if the real figure were a third lower, around 220 m³/h, the unit would still cover a normal Filipino bedroom comfortably and still be excellent value at ₱3,100. What do you give up at this price?

The sensor, mostly.

There is no PM2.5 sensor, so no auto mode: you pick a fan speed and it stays there. There is no app. The Xiaomi 4 Lite has a laser sensor and costs more than double.

You also give up a service network. Simplus support runs through its Shopee official store, not a nationwide chain. The flip side is a 2-year warranty with free replacement rather than repair, which is longer than most rivals at any price here.

Is it sulit?

Across its 2-year warranty, that is roughly ₱4.25 a day for the fully covered period. Add an annual filter, which is the real running cost of any purifier.

On peso-per-cubic-meter it is the strongest value in this ranking by a clear margin. The Levoit Core 300 costs roughly double for the same filter grade, verified numbers and a stronger brand. The Xiaomi 4 Compact sits between them and adds an app.

Who should buy it

Buy this if you want H13 filtration on a budget and you are comfortable with a specification you cannot independently verify. It is the right choice for a Filipino household wanting a real purifier in a bedroom or a small sala without spending Levoit money, and for anyone kitting out more than one room at once.

Skip it if verified performance figures matter to you, or if you want auto mode and an app, where the Xiaomi units earn their premium.
