Centrum Silver Advance 30 Tablets review

This is the one-month version of Centrum’s 50-and-over tablet, and it exists for a sensible reason: to find out whether you’ll keep the habit before buying three months of it.

The same 50+ reformulation, in a smaller box

The formula matches the 100-tablet bottle exactly. It’s Centrum’s core multivitamin and mineral blend rebuilt for adults over 50, with added vitamin D for bone health and lutein for eye support.

Those additions track real changes. Skin makes less vitamin D from sunlight with age, bone density declines, and eye health becomes a larger concern. It’s an age-specific formula rather than the adult tablet with a different label, which is worth verifying whenever a brand sells a “silver” version.

Like the rest of the Centrum line, it publishes its nutrient list, which is the main reason to choose the brand over a longer ingredient list with no numbers attached.

What the smaller pack costs you

At around ₱442 as of August 31, 2026 for 30 tablets, that’s about ₱14.73 a tablet.

The 100-tablet bottle worked out to ₱14.00 each on the same date, so the smaller pack carries a premium of roughly 70 centavos a tablet. Over a month that’s around ₱22, which is a modest price for not committing to three months of something you haven’t tried.

That’s a gentler bulk penalty than several pack families in this category impose, and it makes this a genuinely reasonable starting point rather than a trap.

A month tells you some things and not others
