Stresstabs + Iron 30 Tablets review: month's trial

This is the middle Stresstabs pack, and on the arithmetic it’s the one to avoid. Both the smaller strip and the bigger bottle cost less per tablet.

The mid-size pack is the worst value of the three

At around ₱405 as of August 31, 2026 for 30 tablets, that’s ₱13.50 a tablet.

The other two sizes, priced the same day: the 100-tablet bottle works out to ₱12.00 each, and the 8-tablet strip to about ₱11.50 each. This pack is the most expensive per tablet of all three.

That inverts what pack pricing normally does, where the middle size sits between the two ends. Here it sits above both. Over a month the difference is small in absolute terms, around ₱45 against the big bottle, but there’s no version of this where the 30-pack is the smart buy on price.

What it does offer is a clean one-month supply in one purchase, which the strip can’t match and the bottle overshoots. If that convenience is worth the premium to you, it’s a defensible reason. Just buy it knowing it is a premium.

Prices move independently across pack sizes, so check all three listings before deciding.

The formula, and what it leaves out

A B-complex built for stress and energy: vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, and iron. Identical to the other two sizes.

It isn’t a broad multivitamin. No zinc, no calcium, no vitamin D. If you want general coverage rather than B vitamins and iron, this is the wrong product shape.

Iron is a decision, not a bonus

Iron is in the core formula, and it’s worth treating as a deliberate choice.

Supplemental iron helps if you’re deficient and isn’t something to take indefinitely if you’re not. It accumulates rather than flushing out, it commonly causes constipation and stomach upset, and iron overload is a real condition. A blood test tells you whether you need it; feeling tired doesn’t, because tiredness has many causes.

If your stomach is sensitive, take it with food.

A month is enough to judge tolerance

Thirty tablets is long enough to learn whether the iron agrees with you and whether you’ll actually remember a daily tablet. It isn’t long enough to judge whether the vitamins are doing anything, which is not a one-month question.

Who the one-month pack suits

Buy this if you want exactly a month in one purchase and you’d rather pay a little more than deal with either a week’s strip or a three-month bottle. That’s a real preference and this serves it.

Skip it if cost per tablet matters, because both other sizes beat it.
